Standard Chartered Reportedly Sees Arbitrum Outperforming Bitcoin and Ether by 2030
Standard Chartered has reportedly initiated coverage of Arbitrum and projected that its ARB token could reach $10 by the end of 2030.
According to reports, the bank expects ARB to outperform its projected returns for Bitcoin and Ether over that period. The projection is an analyst forecast rather than a realized market outcome.
The reported thesis is tied to the expansion of tokenized assets and potential revenue from companies that build application-specific chains using Arbitrum technology.

Robinhood Chain is cited as an early example of that model. Robinhood announced in July 2026 that its chain was built using the Arbitrum Platform.
Reported $10 ARB target rests on adoption assumptions
The reported Standard Chartered Arbitrum forecast sets a $10 target for ARB at the end of 2030. Reports describe the target as potentially placing ARB ahead of the bank’s projected performance for Bitcoin and Ether during the same period.
That comparison should be read as a forward-looking scenario, not a statement about current performance. Its outcome depends on assumptions around adoption, tokenization, revenue generation and competition among blockchain platforms.
The forecast also does not establish that Arbitrum will capture the activity or revenue envisaged in the underlying thesis.
Tokenization and chain revenue form the central thesis
Reports say Standard Chartered’s view centers on growth in tokenized assets and on revenue associated with organizations building chains using Arbitrum technology. This would place application-specific chain deployments at the center of the long-term case for the ARB ecosystem.
Robinhood has provided a concrete example of a company using the technology. In its July announcement, the company said Robinhood Chain was built using the Arbitrum Platform.
The longer-term outlook for Ethereum infrastructure remains relevant to this type of thesis, as protocol development can affect the environment in which scaling technologies and applications operate.

Robinhood Chain offers an early reference point
Robinhood’s announcement confirms that Robinhood Chain uses the Arbitrum Platform, but it does not validate the reported ARB target on its own. The relationship is relevant because it illustrates the type of chain deployment identified in the reported forecast.
Whether additional deployments emerge, generate material revenue or affect the ARB token remains uncertain. Those questions are central to evaluating a projection that extends through 2030.
Investors should treat the target as an analyst view contingent on future developments rather than financial advice or a guarantee of returns.
