Project Harmonia Opens RFP for Institutional Tokenized Funds on Solana

Project Harmonia opened a Request for Proposals on September 16, 2026, for institutional tokenized-fund initiatives connected to Solana and Allfunds’ fund-distribution network.

The program is accepting applications from tokenized-fund issuers, distributors and ecosystem participants. The submission deadline is October 24, 2026.

Allfunds reports that it connects more than 3,300 asset managers and financial institutions. It also reported approximately €1.9 trillion in assets under administration as of June 30, 2026.

The RFP provides a defined application route for organizations working on tokenized-fund distribution and related infrastructure. It does not itself establish that any applicant or fund will be admitted or made available through either network.

Who can apply to Project Harmonia

Project Harmonia’s RFP is open to three broad participant groups: tokenized-fund issuers, distributors and ecosystem providers. The scope places the initiative at the intersection of fund products, distribution arrangements and the supporting systems needed for institutional use.

The program connects Allfunds’ institutional fund-distribution network with Solana. Allfunds had previously announced in June 2026 that tokenized funds available through Allfunds and Solana would be accessible through both networks, providing context for the Harmonia initiative.

• Ecosystem providers are also within the RFP’s stated applicant base.

Deadline and expected admissions timeline

Applications close on October 24, 2026. Organizations considering a submission have a stated deadline, rather than an open-ended intake process.

Published materials contain a minor difference on the expected timing of the first cohort. Solana and Particula describe the first cohort as targeted for Q4 2026 or Q1 2027, while the Project Harmonia FAQ specifically targets first admissions for Q1 2027. The difference does not alter the RFP launch date or the October 24 submission deadline.

Institutional distribution context

The scale of Allfunds’ reported network is central to the RFP’s institutional framing. The company reports more than 3,300 connected asset managers and financial institutions, alongside approximately €1.9 trillion in assets under administration as of June 30, 2026.

Project Harmonia focuses on a tokenized-fund use case rather than a general-purpose blockchain rollout. Its progress will depend on the proposals received, any admissions decisions and how participants implement distribution and ecosystem services.

The initiative follows other Solana-focused institutional infrastructure discussions, including a Solana Foundation report on stablecoin remittance infrastructure. It also arrives as the network has addressed operational continuity in connection with the TeraSwitch routing outage.
