Kraken announces NEXO funding and spot trading, while price page shows conflicting status

Kraken says NEXO trading is live

According to Kraken’s asset-listing announcement, NEXO funding and spot trading became available on October 22, 2026. The announcement describes the rollout as live on the exchange.

Kraken has recently published other asset availability updates, including its announcement that USDsui funding and trading went live on Kraken. The NEXO notice follows the same type of exchange listing communication.

App and Instant Buy access depends on liquidity

Kraken said trading through its app and Instant Buy service would become available after sufficient liquidity conditions were met. The announcement did not provide a timetable for that availability.

The exchange also cautioned that geographic restrictions may apply. As a result, access can vary by user location and by the specific Kraken product being used.

Price page creates an availability conflict

Despite the dated listing announcement, Kraken’s NEXO price page showed a message saying the asset was not currently tradable on the platform. The available evidence does not establish why the two Kraken pages showed different statuses.
