Kraken Opens Ōura IPO Interest Process Through xStocks

Kraken has made Ōura IPO Access available through xStocks for eligible customers in the European Economic Area and other supported global markets. The process lets eligible users submit a non-binding indication of interest in an allocation.

Kraken lists an indicated price range of $40.00 to $44.00 per share. The stated terms also include a 5% fee.

Funds submitted through the process are reserved rather than charged, according to Kraken. The company said an allocation is not guaranteed.

The offering is unavailable to U.S. persons and remains subject to geographic restrictions. Eligible customers should review the applicable availability requirements before submitting an indication of interest.

How the indication process works

Kraken said the IPO-interest submission is non-binding and does not operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers may receive a full allocation, a partial allocation, or no allocation.

The reserve of funds does not amount to an immediate charge under the terms described by Kraken. The final allocation outcome determines whether a customer receives any allocation.

  • Indicated price range: $40.00–$44.00 per share
  • Stated fee: 5%
  • Funds are reserved rather than charged
  • Allocations can be full, partial, or zero

OURAx delivery on listing day

Customers who receive an allocation are expected to receive OURAx on listing day. Kraken describes OURAx as a 1:1-backed tokenized representation of Ōura equity.

The announcement sets out the product structure and access conditions, but it does not guarantee participation or an allocation. The geographic limits also mean the product is not available to every Kraken customer.

Kraken’s broader product rollout

The Ōura access announcement adds to Kraken’s recent product activity. Readers can also review Kraken’s Borrow rollout for eligible U.S. customers and its enablement of USDC deposits and withdrawals on Arc.

As with any availability announcement, customer eligibility and regional restrictions remain central to whether a specific product can be used.
