Ethereum price structure has captured trader attention after confirming a technical cup-and-handle breakout, a pattern known for signaling strong bullish continuation. Analysts at Brave New Coin highlighted that the handle consolidation period lasted nearly three months before ETH broke out above the neckline at $4,800.

This breakout coincides with surging inflows into ETH-based ETFs and steady growth in layer-2 networks like Arbitrum, Base, and zkSync. Together, they are handling over $24 billion in total value locked (TVL), reflecting renewed user activity.

Market strategists argue that if Ethereum maintains its momentum above key supports ($4,600–$4,700), the $7,000–$7,500 zone is technically achievable by year-end. This projection also aligns with the broader rotation narrative from Bitcoin into high-beta smart-contract assets.
