Bitwise Forecasts Record $36B Q4 ETF Inflows — Institutional Demand Still Accelerating
Bitwise Asset Management projects that Bitcoin ETFs could set a new record for quarterly inflows, surpassing $36 billion as institutional participation expands into traditional finance channels.
In its latest Crypto Fund Flow Outlook 2025, Bitwise analysts predict that Q4 could become the most liquid quarter in Bitcoin’s ETF history. The firm cites a surge in allocations from wealth advisors and corporate treasuries as ETF approval in Asia and the EU continues to widen access.
Bitwise CEO Hunter Horsley told CNBC, > “We are seeing multi-generational capital rotation — pension funds, insurance firms, and RIAs all want Bitcoin exposure without custody headaches.”

ETF giants BlackRock and Fidelity also posted weekly subscription surges, driving total assets under management for U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs above $350 billion for the first time.
According to Bitwise data, more than 70% of new ETF buyers enter via advisory platforms such as Charles Schwab and Morgan Stanley. Meanwhile, sovereign wealth funds are quietly testing structured Bitcoin notes through custodians in Singapore and Switzerland.
Experts believe that consistent ETF inflows could sustain a long-term floor for Bitcoin’s price — potentially keeping it above $110K even through market volatility.
